About the role
As a Software Engineer in Lattice for Cyber, you will build the core capabilities, experiences, and primitives that our offensive Cyber programs rely on. You will solve a wide variety of problems involving networking, autonomy, systems integration, robotics, and more, while making pragmatic engineering tradeoffs along the way.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production software
- Strong front-end engineering experience in modern TypeScript/React application development, Angular, Vue.js or similar tools
- Ability to debug across the full stack, including logs, networking, interfaces, configuration, and hardware/software boundaries
- Practical experience with Linux and containerized deployment
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams and translating ambiguous requirements into clean user experiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reviews and architecture discussions
