We are seeking a Production Program Manager to serve as a builder-operator within Counter Intrusion business line. You will work on projects that define the way we operate in a high-volume security intensive manufacturing environment. This cross functional work will involve engineering, supply chain, operations, quality, program management, growth, and leadership teams to ensure the successful execution of production programs. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in operations program management, business operations, engineering/technical roles, preferably in defense, aerospace, or complex hardware industries
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production workflows
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Gantt Charts)
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
