Anduril Industries builds advanced autonomous systems and defense technology to protect US and allied forces. Creating the future of national security through AI, robotics, and cutting-edge engineering. Backed by General Catalyst, Lightspeed and a16z.
About the role
We are looking for a Software Product Manager to own what ships to the operator. EW Mission Applications builds the software between the device and the operator — operator applications, Lattice integrations, shared visualization components, and the internal tooling that the rest of the business line runs on. You will own the roadmap for that surface: which capabilities reach operators, through which channel, and in what order. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in software product management, technical product ownership, or a closely related role
- Direct ownership of a product roadmap, including the authority and the track record to decline work
- Demonstrated ability to write requirements and acceptance criteria that engineering and test executed against
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you'll be writing the roadmap, running prioritization calls, and briefing leadership
- Experience owning a software product surface that depended on hardware or firmware built by a team you did not control
- Experience deconflicting priorities across concurrent customers or programs competing for the same engineering capacity
