About the role
As enterprises accelerate digital transformation, the user interface has become the competitive differentiator in enterprise software adoption and productivity. This role exists to architect the next generation of Total Experience capabilities that will define how organizations interact with AI-Powered Process Automation at scale. You will shape product strategy during a pivotal growth phase where intuitive design directly impacts customer retention, expansion, and market leadership.
What they're looking for
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or related technical field
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years leading front-end or user experience focused products in enterprise software
- 2+ years of direct people management experience leading product managers or cross-functional product teams
- Proven track record developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps that delivered measurable business outcomes in complex enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive leadership and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management from discovery through launch, adoption, and optimization
