- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Prior internship experience in event management, digital marketing, or marketing operations
- Strong enthusiasm for marketing with an analytical mindset and an exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or equivalent productivity suites
