About the role
Applied Intuition is looking for a Compensation Business Partner to play a critical role in attracting, rewarding, and retaining exceptional talent as we continue to scale. You’ll help develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our rapidly growing business.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, with deep expertise in cash and equity compensation programs
- Experience designing and evolving compensation programs, including compensation benchmarking, job architecture, leveling frameworks, and pay equity
- Experience supporting compensation programs across multiple functions, geographies, or employee populations
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data and market insights into practical recommendations, build financial forecasting models, and
- Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills across senior leaders and cross-functional partners
