About the role

We're looking for a System Designer who can bring coherence and structure to complex, multi-surface software experiences across Applied Intuition's product portfolio. As part of Applied Intuition's design team, you will define the interaction frameworks, information architecture, and design systems that let our products scale consistently across tools, platforms, and customer use cases. What they're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or design systems work, ideally on complex B2B, technical, or data-heavy software
  • Bachelors degree in engineering or design field
  • Strong experience building and scaling platform-level design systems across multiple products or tools
  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills
  • Strong understanding of design system architecture, accessibility, and inclusive design
  • Experience translating design systems into production code, reusable components, and AI-consumable standards
