About the role
Platform UX/UI Ownership: Own the end-to-end UX/UI for our comprehensive, all-in-one dental platform, seamlessly blending diverse workflows and data structures into a single, cohesive, and elegant user experience. Systems Architecture: Apply systems thinking to architect scalable design frameworks, ensuring that adding new features or modules strengthens the unified platform rather than adding clutter.
What they're looking for
- 8+ Years of Product Design Experience: Proven track record in fast-growing startup environments across B2C and B2B, ideally within FinTech, HealthTech, or highly complex SaaS platforms
- Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating successfully launched projects that showcase strategic, conceptual, and high-fidelity creative thinking
- End-to-End Design Mastery: Equally comfortable conducting user research, mapping complex UX logic, and executing beautiful, polished, and efficient UI
- Design System Ownership: Proven experience creating, maintaining, and scaling a design system with lean, highly reusable components
- Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Extensive experience using AI and data tools to rapidly build prototypes, inform product requirements, conduct customer research, and perform deep-dive analysis
- Figma Expertise: Advanced mastery of Figma, including polished and efficient UI handoff, creating and maintaining various components in the design system, and advanced prototyping
