As an Analytical Testing Coordinator (m/f/*) for the Global EHS Laboratory, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
- Manage end-to-end subcontracted testing operational workflows - from initial proposal synthesis down to financial validation and final analytical report verification
- Coordinate sample collection schedules with environmental/technical consultants and track chain-of-custody through external ISO/IEC 17025 accredited labs
- Synthesize complex consultant proposals into standardized General Project Outlines (GPOs) for internal approval and operational execution
- Monitor lead times, chase pending analytical reports, address quality query resolution (e.g., out-of-spec results, re-testing requests), and evaluate lab turnaround performance
- Audit incoming Lab reports against GPO requirements and raw consultant data before final archiving
- Technical review of the Lab report against the quality objectives for the project and the performance criteria of the test method.
