- 6+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a related field, with direct M&A execution experience
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with the ability to build and interpret complex financial models
- A track record of leading or supporting due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration workstreams
- Excellent market research and competitive analysis skills, with the ability to translate data and market signals into clear, actionable insight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials and presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Comfort operating with ambiguity, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and driving projects forward with high autonomy
