About the role
We are seeking a Gateway Antenna Engineer to monitor the connectivity and operational status of global gateway and telemetry stations, providing service assurance through real-time monitoring and incident resolution. This role troubleshoots anomalies and network failures, performs preventive and corrective maintenance on satellite teleport systems and infrastructure, and provides first-line, customer-facing technical support.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Satellite or Cellular Communications
- Hands-on experience with RF systems, high-power amplifiers, converters, antenna drive systems, and baseband equipment
- Solid knowledge of IP networks, fiber optics, modems, multiplexers, and broadband systems
- Proficiency in remote monitoring tools, system diagnostics, and remote desktop platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated experience with monitoring and fault management tools
