AST SpaceMobile is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily Human Resources operations at our Midland, Texas manufacturing facilities. This position will play a key role in employee onboarding, HR administration, recruiting coordination, community engagement activities, and employee events. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of Human Resources experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience supporting employee onboarding, recruiting, or HR administration preferred
- Knowledge of HR confidentiality and professional workplace practices
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
