About the role
The HR Generalist supports employees and leaders across multiple locations by delivering a wide range of Human Resources services, including employee relations, talent support, compliance, onboarding, leave administration, workplace safety, and HR operations. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers, helping ensure consistent HR practices, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the organization.
What they're looking for
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, HR operations, or related functions
- Experience supporting multiple locations and/or remote employees preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, engineering, professional services, or other fast-paced environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities
