About the role
As an Immigration and HR Operations Specialist, you will manage employment-based immigration programs while helping employees and leaders navigate critical moments with clarity, empathy, and precision. You will own cases across the employee lifecycle, partner with external immigration counsel, and ensure stakeholders have timely visibility into status, deadlines, and next steps.

- Immigration Program Management
- Lead end-to-end employment-based immigration cases, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and permanent residence processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, hiring managers, HRBPs, and internal stakeholders, providing timely and empathetic guidance
- Partner with external immigration counsel and service providers to prepare filings, manage case progress, and resolve issues through completion
- Case Operations and Compliance
- Track case status, deadlines, documentation, and compliance requirements across the employee lifecycle
