- Data Center Mastery: Deep technical expertise in server/storage ecosystems, including comprehensive knowledge of key suppliers, competitors, and customer landscapes
- Strategic Business Development: Proven track record in identifying high-value opportunities, developing market strategies, and leading complex commercial negotiations
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers and technical architects via Microsoft PowerPoint
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated success in cultivating long-term, trust-based partnerships across all organizational levels
- Problem-Solving & Agility: Expert at navigating technical and commercial hurdles in fast-paced environments with superior planning and prioritization
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, business administration, or marketing or equivalent experience. Major in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is a plus
