About the role
We’re building a next-generation ambient AI platform for healthcare, helping clinicians focus on patient care by automatically capturing, understanding, and structuring clinical conversations in real time. Mobile is at the center of this experience. Our apps support clinicians throughout their workflows, from capturing long-form conversations and reviewing AI-generated documentation to completing follow-up actions and coordinating care.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of professional mobile development experience, with meaningful ownership of user-facing products or features
- Deep experience in iOS, Android, or cross-platform mobile development
- Strong native expertise in Swift/iOS, including platform conventions, app lifecycle, permissions, background execution, and performance
- Experience working in or a willingness to ramp onto a Flutter-based codebase
- A track record of taking mobile experiences from ambiguous ideas to polished, production-ready products
- Strong product judgment and attention to interaction details, usability, performance, and overall craft
