About the role
We’re looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our HR team and help build the talent pipeline that powers Atmosphere’s growth. This is a foundational recruiting role where you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to running initial screens to coordinating a smooth, high-touch process for hiring managers and candidates alike.

This is a foundational recruiting role where you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to running initial screens to coordinating a smooth, high-touch process for hiring managers and candidates alike. You’ll partner closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers across the business, building the skills to grow into a full-cycle recruiting role.
This position will report to the VP, Human Resources, with a dotted line to the Senior Recruiter. Availability to be in-office 4-5 days a week is required.
