About the role
Attest is entering a period of significant product and commercial transformation, and we're looking for a Lead Product Manager to help lead it. You'll be equally comfortable turning an early, unproven idea into a real product and taking an established proposition further into growth.
What they're looking for
- Clear, credible communication with any audience. You can defend a decision when an engineer pushes back, and change your mind when they're right. You build excitement with senior stakeholders and handle customer conversations with confidence
- Strong partnerships with commercial teams. Collaborating with Engineering and Design comes naturally to you. You've also worked just as closely with Sales, Customer Success or Marketing to get products to market
- Ownership of your mistakes. You can talk openly about what went wrong on a product, what you learned and what you'd do differently
