Own learning and development strategy and portfolio, tightly aligned to business priorities and future capability needs Build and continually evolve Aurora's leadership and manager development approach and offerings, from onboarding through advanced skill-building
What they're looking for
- 10+ years in L&D, OD, or related HR discipline, including manager development and portfolio ownership
- Proven partnership with business leaders to build learning solutions grounded in real needs
- Product management experience (roadmapping, prioritization, buy-in)
- Strong instructional design skills, grounded in adult learning principles
- Experience using data to evaluate impact and shape strategy
- Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills
