About the role
Architect and drive strategic initiatives to build scalable full-stack web services that power real-time and offline data flows essential for fleet optimization, autonomy improvement, and commercial operations. Provide technical leadership and influence best practices across multiple teams, guiding the design, development, and deployment of complex systems at the intersection of web services and real-world autonomy.
What they're looking for
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of industry experience in software development, with a proven track record of designing, building, and operating large-scale full-stack systems
- Deep expertise in both front-end and back-end development, including scalable web services, distributed systems, and modern API design
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, driving technical strategy, influencing architectural decisions, and mentoring senior engineers
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and present technical solutions to a diverse audience
- Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring/alerting systems)
