About the role
The Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence & PMO will establish and lead strategic initiatives across the commercial organization and the broader customer journey. This role will create the governance, prioritization, planning, and execution framework needed to translate strategic priorities into coordinated, cross-functional programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. What they're looking for
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise PMO, strategy execution, commercial operations, management consulting, or complex program leadership
- Strong experience in warehouse automation, logistics, 3PL, or related industries
- Proven experience managing portfolios of interconnected initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience establishing governance, prioritization, executive reporting, and planning frameworks
- Strong understanding of commercial organizations and the relationships between sales, marketing, customer success, partner management, operations, product, data, and technology teams
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into structured programs, workstreams, and measurable outcomes
