We’re not looking for someone to simply run Sales Support in EMEA. We’re looking for someone who wants to redefine it. AutoStore is transforming how the world stores, moves, and fulfills goods. As we scale, we are also rethinking how we support our sellers, partners, and customers through stronger operating discipline, smarter processes, better use of data, and practical AI and automation.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Commercial Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar environment
- 3+ years of direct people-management experience, with demonstrated success coaching, developing, and raising team performance
- Experience leading teams in complex, high-scale, or global commercial organizations
- A track record of improving operational processes and service performance
- Experience managing SLAs, quality, backlog, cycle time, and operational KPIs
- Strong process-improvement and root-cause problem-solving skills
