Avantos AI is shaping the future of client relationship management by reimagining it through the lens of artificial intelligence. We are building the industry’s first AI-native operating system for financial services, transforming how firms onboard clients, deliver advice, and manage critical servicing workflows. Our platform consolidates fragmented data, automates complex processes, and embeds intelligent decision-making throughout every stage of the client lifecycle.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of product design experience with real native mobile depth (iOS, Android, or both), as part of a broader product-design background, not responsive web with occasional mobile work
- The range of a strong generalist: comfortable owning two adjacent surfaces and switching between a mobile interaction problem and a web orchestration problem
- Strong opinions on platform-shaped patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design) with the judgment to know when to break them
- Expertise in Figma and design systems, with the ability to translate patterns across platforms without losing native feel
- A track record of owning surfaces end-to-end through ambiguity and iteration
- Comfort prototyping in code and with AI, and genuine curiosity about how AI is changing the way we design and build
