This person will serve as a shared learning-experience resource across Enablement, partnering with Global Programs, Field Readiness, and other members of the team to architect and build scalable learning solutions. The role will have particular responsibility for expanding our self-paced and digital learning capabilities while also contributing to live workshops, blended learning journeys, presentations, video, and performance-support resources. - Design and develop engaging self-paced learning experiences that translate complex concepts into practical, actionable learning
- Build digital learning using tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or comparable authoring platforms
- Create and edit video, audio, graphics, presentations, and other multimedia components to support modern learning experiences
- Develop highly polished PowerPoint presentations and facilitator materials for live and virtual enablement
- Build supporting resources including job aids, practice activities, assessments, reinforcement, and point-of-need performance support
- Ensure learning experiences are practical, engaging, concise, and grounded in the realities of the sales environment
