- Translate Enablement strategy into sequenced programs, learning experiences, reinforcement, and field execution
- Establish clear learning and behavioral objectives for programs and ensure deliverables are designed against those objectives
- Create greater rigor and consistency in how Enablement programs are developed, launched, reinforced, measured, and improved
- Partner with Enablement team members and subject-matter experts to ensure programs meet appropriate quality standards and are grounded in sound adult-learning principles
- Inspect program effectiveness and identify opportunities to simplify, strengthen, or evolve existing approaches
