About the role
Axion is looking for an AI Deployment Strategist to join our Solutions team and help drive high-impact delivery, adoption, and customer outcomes across every engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to be deeply embedded in the customer journey, owning the workstreams that support AI implementations and ensuring continued success from deployment through scale.

- • 2+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or customer success
- • Proven ability to own technical workstreams and manage client-facing projects independently
- • Strong technical acumen — comfortable building solutions, leading demos, and running user sessions
- • Experience working across multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- • Excellent collaboration skills
- • Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of producing scalable, hand-off-ready deliverables
