About the role
Experience measuring AI output quality: you've defined what "correct" looks like, used labeled examples, and shown whether a change made results better. A track record of turning implementation, onboarding, or operations work into repeatable product, with internal teams as your first users.

- 5+ years of product management in B2B software, including a product built around messy customer data or AI output customers need to trust
- Hands-on data fluency: demonstrated experience owning data schemas, taxonomies, data ingestion pipelines, or similar data-product surfaces
- Experience measuring AI output quality: you've defined what "correct" looks like, used labeled examples, and shown whether a change made results better
- A track record of turning implementation, onboarding, or operations work into repeatable product, with internal teams as your first users
