About the role
We are seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial leader to join Axtria as the Commercial Solutions Global CoE Leader. This role exists to hardwire deep pharma business context into Data & AI solutions. The leader will be responsible for building and leading a lean team of deep domain experts in pharma commercial space, including Medical Affairs, Omnichannel & Customer Engagement, and Patient Services & Hub Operations.
What they're looking for
- Lived inside pharma commercial operations
- Then gone on to build or scale solutions in consulting, analytics, or a platform firm
- And now want to shape, commercialize, and scale AI‑driven solutions that actually win in the market
- 20+ years in life sciences with deep commercial expertise in at least two of: Medical Affairs
- Omnichannel & Customer Engagement
- Patient Services / Hub Operations
