What they're looking for
- 7–10 years of finance experience, with a track record of taking on increasing ownership of FP&A or strategic finance at a venture-backed startup
- SaaS experience required, healthcare tech a plus
- Has personally run — not just supported — a raise and/or an audit before, understands what investor-grade diligence actually requires
- Track record owning board and investor reporting independently, not just assembling it for someone else to present
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, CPA or MBA a plus, not required
- Curious and analytical — you find the story in the numbers before anyone asks you to

This role is that seat. You'll own the FP&A model, budget, and scenario planning, build the KPI framework that guides how we allocate capital, and be a key voice in which bets we take to hit our financial goals.
