- JD from an ABA-accredited law school, active admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Substantive experience with strategic transactions, public company reporting, and corporate governance
- Developed judgment and risk management instincts, with the ability to balance complex matters involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities while maintaining a practical, business-oriented perspective
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for making complex legal issues easy to understand
- High degree of personal ethics, integrity, and accountability
- This role requires onsite work in Cambridge at least two days per week
