- Own and maintain the integrated master schedule (IMS) across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, software, hardware, quality, deployment, and customer milestones
- Ensure every workstream has clearly defined activities, milestones, dependencies, resource assumptions, critical path, and schedule margin
- Maintain schedule accuracy on a daily basis
- Ensure the master schedule remains the single source of truth for program execution
- Create multiple schedule scenarios when priorities or assumptions change
- Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks before they become execution problems

The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and driving execution against Berkshire Grey's integrated engineering, production and deployment schedules. This individual serves as the central coordinator of all program timelines, ensuring every dependency, milestone, deliverable, and critical path is accurately reflected and proactively managed.

While the Master Scheduler owns the schedule itself, execution ownership remains with the respective engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and program teams.
