- Hands-on laboratory bench experience, including undergraduate research projects or internships
- Experience configuring or developing LIMS, productivity apps, or other lab tools/automations
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose advanced technical issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work flexibly and well under given timeframes
- Highly organized, strong written and verbal communication skills
