About the role
Reporting to the SVP of Technical Operations, the Director of Supply Chain provides strategic and operational leadership for the end-to-end clinical supply chain, ensuring uninterrupted availability of investigational products to support BioAge's clinical development programs through close collaboration with CMC, Clinical Operations, Program Management, Quality, and external partners.

- Develop and lead the clinical supply strategy to ensure uninterrupted delivery of investigational products, comparators, and ancillary supplies for global clinical trials
- Own end-to-end clinical supply planning, forecasting, inventory management, labeling, packaging, distribution, and returns across all clinical development programs
- Partner closely with Clinical Operations to align supply plans with enrollment forecasts, protocol amendments, country expansion, and study execution timelines
- Collaborate with Program Management to integrate clinical supply activities into cross-functional development plans, identify risks, and ensure execution against key program milestones
- Serve as the clinical supply lead within the CMC/Technical Operations organization, translating manufacturing and release plans into robust clinical supply strategies
- Lead cross-functional planning with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and external partners to ensure timely availability of clinical trial materials
