Execute daily delivery activities for assigned client programs as scoped by Senior Consultants and jointly defined with clients Own accountability for timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction on your assigned deliverables
What they're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles
- Proven track record in consulting, customer success, support, or sales with strong organizational and project management skills
- Eagerness to learn about cybersecurity and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in clear, jargon-light language
- Capable of following troubleshooting procedures and working through technical or process issues systematically
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
