What they're looking for
- 3–5+ years of experience at a top management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent) and/or in a high-ownership GTM, strategy, or operations role at a fast-growing startup
- Proven ability to juggle multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Willingness and ability to do hands-on work at all levels - direct sales, writing onboarding documentation, building internal processes - not just advise or coordinate
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable building frameworks, pulling insights from data, and making structured recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including ability to write great slides, able to translate complex situations into clear, actionable plans for internal/external audiences
- High comfort with ambiguity and a genuine enthusiasm for environments where the playbook doesn't yet exist
