About the role
Conduct annual and ad-hoc market pricing to evaluate and maintain global salary bands, equity ranges, geographic pay differentials, and total cash target compensation. Model equity burn rates, dilution, overhang, and run-rate projections in collaboration with Finance/Accounting and Legal.
