- You have a demonstrated track record of shipping significant changes across multiple components or systems with minimal guidance, in fast-paced environments where you shape requirements rather than wait for them
- You bring a collaborative mindset, a commitment to inclusive and accessible design, and a passion for mentoring peers and elevating engineering practices through high-quality code review
- You have experience with CI/CD pipelines, A/B testing, and feature flag-driven development, exposure to GCP and cross-platform mobile architecture is a plus
