We’re hiring Product Engineers who excel at turning complex customer problems into elegant technical solutions. You’ll own substantial features from conception to production, working directly with customers to understand their needs, designing scalable architectures, and shipping code that measurably improves compliance operations.

- 4+ years (Engineer) / 6+ years (Sr. Engineer) / 8+ years (Staff Engineer) of experience building production software
- Strong full-stack capabilities, including backend services, APIs, databases, and (nice-to-have) frontend development
- A track record of shipping customer-facing products where reliability is critical
- An end-to-end ownership mindset, from requirements gathering through deployment and iteration
- Clear communication skills—you can explain technical decisions to diverse audiences
