About the role
We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Brand Producer to join as the first individual contributor on the Creative Operations team. You’ll set the high bar for this role and help define what great production looks like at Brex.

- 8+ years of experience in production roles within creative studios and in-house brand teams
- Proven track record of managing complex, integrated, multi-channel campaigns and launches
- Familiarity with the unique challenges of producing in fast-moving tech environments
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, calm under pressure with a sharp eye for detail
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and build alignment across diverse stakeholders
- Outstanding communication skills — able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, whether with teammates, executives, or external partners. You know how to command the room
