About the role
The expected salary range for this role is $112,000 - $140,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.

- 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, infrastructure, data, product, AI) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, talent mapping, and market research
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets, engineering org structures, and emerging technology trends
- Proven ability to engage and convert passive candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with technical leaders
- Data-driven mindset with experience using sourcing metrics to refine strategy and improve results
