An individual with the technical skill and experience in General Databases around Db2, Datacom, IDMS and Data Base Management Systems (DBMS). Displaying a broad range of disciplines, environments, and DBMS best practices within the DBMS practice or, the individual may possess skills and technical experience in DB2/IMS/IDMS software.

- 24+ months experience with Datacom system patching and Maintenance
- 24+ months experience developing and maintaining backup and recovery procedures
- 24+ months experience with Data Dictionary Definition Language (DDDL) compiler as well as schema and subschema definitions
- 24+ months experience with Datacom journal management
- 24+ months experience with Datacom Data Manipulation

Provides assistance and recommendations to management and clients on DBMS / Datacom topics pertaining to the architectural design and development of applied systems and software services for DBMS/Datacom. Consultant is a requirement for this position. Ability to travel to client sites is required for this position.
Duties include but are not limited to the following: installation, configuration, and application support for Datacom. Secondary responsibilities include general z/OS support for Broadcom DB2 tools software.
