About the role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Matching & Recommendations , you’ll help build and evolve the ML systems that power how members discover and connect with one another. You’ll work hands-on across recommendations, retrieval, ranking, personalization, experimentation, and production ML , partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Analytics to translate member needs into scalable ML solutions.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Matching & Recommendations , you’ll help build and evolve the ML systems that power how members discover and connect with one another. You’ll work hands-on across recommendations, retrieval, ranking, personalization, experimentation, and production ML , partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Analytics to translate member needs into scalable ML solutions. You’ll own complex projects across the ML lifecycle — from modeling and evaluation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration — while contributing to a culture of technical excellence, curiosity, and responsible AI.
