As Senior Manager, Global Critical Response, you’ll lead an experienced global team responsible for investigating and responding to our most critical, complex and urgent safety cases, helping ensure we respond with care, consistency and sound judgement when the stakes are highest.
You’ll set the strategy and strengthen the operational effectiveness of our Critical Response function globally, ensuring our people, processes, expertise and escalation mechanisms are ready for an evolving safety landscape. You’ll collaborate across Trust & Safety, Policy, Product, Engineering, Legal, Communications and Partnerships, while building trusted relationships with law enforcement, non-profits, government bodies and other external partners.
