Cadence is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant in Global Human Resources.
This role requires a self-starter with an ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Manages complex calendars - coordinating internal and external meetings in multiple time zones
- Takes direction from the Sr. Program Manager
- Builds cross-functional relationships with leadership, management, and administrative assistants in other departments
- Organizes onsite/offsite events and quarterly meetings
- Prepares expense reports and purchase requisitions
- Coordinates both domestic and international travel arrangements
- May work on special projects at the direction of the direct supervisor or other members of the HR leadership team
- Manage logistics for meetings, off-sites, training, and in-person events held in San Jose and virtually that may include worldwide attendees.
