What they're looking for
- 8–10 years of product management experience , including significant ownership of a scaled, mature product at a product-driven B2B or B2C SaaS company, experience at a well-scaled company (Series D+) is a plus
- A track record of setting product strategy and driving measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated experience evolving a core product at scale and materially improving metrics such as activation, adoption, engagement, retention, revenue, or customer satisfaction
- Exceptional product sense and customer empathy , with experience turning complex workflows into simple, intuitive customer experiences
- Strong experience with product-led growth , including self-serve acquisition, activation, virality, engagement, and expansion
- Experience building products for both individual users and organizations , ideally in collaboration, productivity, scheduling, or work management
