About the role
Maintain and regularly update internal trackers and operational reports to ensure smooth coordination between teams. Support vendor lifecycle operations, including onboarding, status classification, and platform setup through internal tools.
What they're looking for
- Graduate from any stream (Commerce, Economics, Business preferred). Strong command over Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Filters, Conditional Formatting, etc
- Comfortable working with web-based tools like HubSpot, Metabase, Retool, Google Sheets, Airtable
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to work under tight timelines. Attention to detail with a bias for execution and quality
