CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Lead Narrative Producer to join our team working on Cyberpunk 2, the next mainline Cyberpunk 2077 game. In this role you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors, guiding our developers to deliver content and foster an innovative and collaborative production culture. What they're looking for
- 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and managing producers
- Experience in the development and shipping of AAA narrative RPG titles, showcasing the ability to manage large-scale projects
- Experience with producing narrative content in entirety, from story, through quest design, to cinematics and animation
- Experience with Mocap, Perfcap and VO production
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across teams involved in the game development lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment, with a focus on team empowerment and self-organization

- Work closely with the Executive Producer to lead the development and growth of our production team.
- Drive our narrative production including, story, quest, mocap, perfcap, and VO recording.
- Cooperate with leadership and cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with vision and goals.
- Form and nurture cohesive, high-performing teams that are empowered to self-organize and achieve outstanding results.
- Oversee and enhance production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, and requirements gathering, ensuring optimal efficiency.
