What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s or other advanced university degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of field service experience, ideally in complex life science tools/instruments space
- Strong problem-solving skills, can-do attitude, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to learn about what customers need, what they are trying to achieve, and how they make decisions to drive customer delight
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, high-growth environment
- Valid passport (90+ day validity) and driver’s license
