About the role
As Chief of Staff you will work side by side with the Co-Founder & CEO on whatever matters most that week, while owning the systems that keep the company running. Run the company operating cadence: all-hands meetings, board meetings, investor updates, and quarterly planning, all built with best-in-class AI tools and automation.
What they're looking for
- 2-5 years in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup, with exposure to healthcare or life sciences
- Insatiable appetite for learning, the first time you hear about something you ask great questions and the second time you hear about something you are already fluent in the nuances
- Exceptional written communication, you can turn a free-flowing discussion into a crisp memo the same day
- Strong analytical skills, you are fluent in spreadsheets and comfortable building a model or a dashboard from scratch
- Fluent with AI tools, you use them daily to produce work faster, and you build automations that the whole team ends up using
- Ruthless organization and follow-through, nothing you own is ever the bottleneck
