About the role
As Head of Clinical Partnerships you will own the full provider lifecycle: growth, implementation, and long-term engagement. You will work directly with the founders. Own provider growth: source, pitch, and sign new specialty practices and physician networks, and build a repeatable playbook for each specialty. What they're looking for
- 6+ years in provider-facing roles: physician network development, MSO or specialty practice operations, value-based care partnerships, or health data network growth
- Track record of signing and managing partnerships with independent physician practices and provider groups, including navigating practice administrators, clinical leadership, and physician owners
- Strong project management skills, you can run many implementations at once without dropping any of them
- Comfort with healthcare data concepts (EHRs, de-identification, HIPAA, BAAs) and with coordinating counsel on agreements
- A relationship builder physicians trust: responsive, straightforward, and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
